NRST is excited to continue our partnership with Cathy and Inner Revolution Yoga. We will be offering hour long yoga sessions throughout the season.
This session is open to the first 10 elementary school swimmers in the Yellow, Bronze, Silver and Gold groups. To confirm you spot please USE THE JOB SIGN UP on this event.
Please arrive 10mins early at the location in yoga appropriate clothing and bring a water bottle.
