NRST is excited to continue our partnership with Cathy and Inner Revolution Yoga. We will be offering yoga throughout the season. This 1 hour yoga session will be at NAC and is open to the first 20 high school swimmers in the Bronze, Silver, Gold, Provincial and National groups. To confirm your spot please USE THE JOB SIGN UP.
Please arrive 10mins early in yoga appropriate clothing and remember to bring a water bottle.
